Burlesque Dance Lessons Galway

BurlesqueLearn to pose like a show girl and master Burlesque moves that can be combined into any routine.

As with all Dance Diva classes, no dance experience is necessary. The Burlesque class is suitable for all ages and fitness levels and the "dancing" can be made as hard or as easy as the group requires.

There is no stripping or nudity involved in the class, just sassy fun. So come and shake what your mamma gave you!!!

This lively class promises fun, energy and losts of laughter! Learn to pose like a show girl and gain tips on how to stand like a professional for a photoshoot. Make your hen night in Galway a night to remember!

Dancers will be taught a Dance Routine using Feather Boa's to 1940's Cabaret music..

Professional Costumes Provided

Basques, frilly skirts, bussels, headgear – mini top hats or feathers, gloves, jewellery and feather boas.

Costumes are "tasteful" and come in sizes 6-20 with something to suit everyone shape. Dancers are asked to bring high heel shoes they can comfortable dance in and fishnets or black tights to complete their outfit.

At the end of the class there is a professional photo session with photos of the (hen) and then the group posing in costume against a themed backdrop. Additional props available for the photo shoot.



A Gift for the Bride...

A CD of the music used in the class will be given to the bride.

The photos taken during the photo shoot will then be professional edited in Photoshop and uploaded to Dance Divas Facebook page for the entire group to download for free.

A video of the Group dancing the choreography is also available for free (this is optional and you need to request it).
